All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Courier whichever is most cost effective, and will be sent DDU - which means you, the recipient will be required to pay Taxes, fees and customs duties to your countries Customs Authorities for your package to be released.

NOTE: The Tariff Tax Situation may well change again before August 29th ‘25, it’s a fast moving situation, but here is the gist as far as I can fathom.
All parcels sent via Royal Mail will be sent PDDP, a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. meaning the postage and the duty will be calculated and then added to the sales price and will be the total price paid by you, the customer.
So for those who are still confused about Tariffs, it is a SALES TAX set by the US government on imported goods and is incumbent on the purchaser. This may have an impact on any items you might want to return, as it will not be possible to claim back duties already paid, I think.
While the transition takes place, there may also be a stateside handling fee, which you, the purchaser, will be liable to pay, as well as the Duty (Tariff).
The Urban Purl is not liable to reimburse taxes, fees and duties that may have been incurred should you wish to return your items see below:

Items are generally non returnable/non- refundable, ie sold as seen on the website. I take great care and a lot of time photographing each batch of newly dyed colour ways, I don’t use stock photos - however, if a mistake has been made by us, ie you’ve received the wrong items or the items were clearly damaged at source…….if a package has been damaged in transit, then please do get in touch by e-mail - theurbanpurlldn@gmail.com
